This month we're doing something completely different: we're joining forces with acclaimed Baltimore rapper and poet Wordsmith for a high-voltage fusion of classical virtuosity and hip-hop storytelling.

Saturday, March 28th at 7:30pm
Together we created a program where the music of Bizet, Prokofiev, and the Beatles share the stage with Wordsmith's sublime artistry. Wordsmith adds vivid spoken word to our two-piano works inspired by Holst's “Neptune” and Radiohead's “Pyramid Song,” reflecting on cycles of time, transformation, and rebirth. The night ultimately rises toward awakening and light with our glittering takes on songs by Leonard Cohen and Sigur Rós—and the world premiere of "Aurora Rise," a brand-new collaboration we created with Wordsmith. A bold vision of what classical music can be in 2026.
